Crystal Palace goalkeeper Darryl Flahavan has joined Leeds United on loan until the end of the season.

The 30-year-old joined the club late on loan transfer deadline day to provide additional competition and cover for the goalkeeping spot.

Flahavan brings a wealth of experience having played over 300 games for Southend United prior to joining Palace. The new loan signing joins Reading defender Sam Sodje as Leeds United end of season recruitments to bolster the promotion push.

The duo will meet-up with their new team mates at Thorp Arch on Friday morning.
