Front of house Team Member-Up to 30 hrs Per week

Compass Group are currently looking to recruit a new team member to work at Elland Road Stadium, home to Leeds United Football Club. You will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a "can do" attitude and maintain the highest level of professionalism. We want friendly people, who are committed to providing exemplary service with a smile! Main responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
To ensure a high standard of service is delivered at all times.
To have a complete knowledge of all food items served.
To ensure the standard of cleanliness in all areas are maintained in a hygienic and safe way.
To ensure that at the end of the events all catering equipment is returned to storage or wash up areas, cupboards are re-stocked, rooms are re-set and the room is clear and free from debris.
To assist with Function set ups (this could include moving furniture).

Please note silver service skills and at least 3 years of previous hospitality experience is essential.

All work given is on a casual basis depending on weekly business however we would envisage this to be up to 30 hours per week from September onwards including day shifts, evenings and weekends.

Matchday Team Leader
We are currently recruiting for Team Leaders to work on all home match fixtures at Elland Road Stadium. You will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a “can do” attitude and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
 
You will work in our kiosks on matchdays and ensure your team provide an excellent level of service to all customers.
 
Responsibilities:
To effectively manage a small team.
To ensure the Kiosk is set up correctly in line with the Leeds United standards. 
To ensure that all staff are motivated and are providing a high level of service to all customers.
To ensure cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times in line with company policies and procedures.
To ensure all Health and Safety regulations are being followed.
To be the first point of contact for any escalation issues.
To ensure the standard of cleanliness in the Kiosk area are maintained in a hygienic and safe way.

Please note this position is a Matchday only role. Shifts are typically 7-8 hours long and generally fall on a Saturday and Tuesday evenings. Previous supervisory experience is essential.

Matchday Betting Cashiers / Assistant Managers

In-stadium betting operator BD stadia are looking to add to their team of part-time cashiers and assistant managers to assist in the processing of fans bets on match day at Leeds United FC.

Hours: On match days, 3-7 hours per match (weekends and evenings)

Rate of pay: £8.33 per hour

All applicants for assistant manager roles must have relevant experience.

As part of the BD Stadia in-stadium betting team, duties include:

-Processing cash bets from supporters in football stadiums prior to kick off 
-promoting the match day betting service and the relevant specials /promotions
-Cash handling and reconciling paperwork quickly and efficiently
-Delivering high levels of customer service and promoting brand awareness.

The successful candidates must be:

-Honest and reliable
-Professional and smart in appearance
-Available to work weekend and evening fixtures for the duration of the season, including over Christmas and Easter
-Able to converse in confidently in clear English
-Ideally experienced and strong in customer service and cash handling

Additional hours and responsibilities may be available to the right candidates
