Matchday Team Leader
We are currently recruiting for Team Leaders to work on all home match fixtures at Elland Road Stadium. You will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a “can do” attitude and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
 
You will work in our kiosks on matchdays and ensure your team provide an excellent level of service to all customers.
 
Responsibilities:
To effectively manage a small team.
To ensure the Kiosk is set up correctly in line with the Leeds United standards. 
To ensure that all staff are motivated and are providing a high level of service to all customers.
To ensure cash handling procedures are adhered to at all times in line with company policies and procedures.
To ensure all Health and Safety regulations are being followed.
To be the first point of contact for any escalation issues.
To ensure the standard of cleanliness in the Kiosk area are maintained in a hygienic and safe way.

Please note this position is a Matchday only role. Shifts are typically 7-8 hours long and generally fall on a Saturday and Tuesday evenings. Previous supervisory experience is essential.

Matchday Hospitality Staff
We are currently recruiting for hospitality waiting staff to work at Elland Road Stadium, home to Leeds United Football Club for the remainder of the 2013/14 Football Season. 

You will be committed to delivering service excellence, have a "can do" attitude and maintain the highest level of professionalism.

We want friendly people, who are committed to providing exemplary service with a smile. Your customers want to have an amazing memorable day and you will want to be a part of making that happen.

Responsibilities:
To ensure a high standard of service is delivered at all times.
To have a complete knowledge of all food and beverage items.
To ensure the standard of cleanliness in all areas are maintained in a hygienic and safe way.
To ensure that at the end of the events all catering equipment is returned to storage or wash up areas, cupboards are re-stocked, rooms are re-set when required and the room is clear and free from debris.

Please note silver service skills and previous hospitality experience is desirable.
